In order to win you must:

- have had LASIK at Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center in Brecksville – previous patients from any year can participate**
- use the hashtag – #LASIKcashback on every LASIK related post/story
- tag @clearchoicelasik on your LASIK related posts on instagram
- follow @clearchoicelasik on Instagram
- tag at least 3 friends on the ClearChoice Contest post
- have your LASIK paid in full or have signed up for financing via care credit or alphaeon.
The winner will be announced on Instagram on 11/30/2022.
