Dr. Michael DeCourcey is an Ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery.
Dr. DeCourcey is a native of Canandaigua, NY, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. He graduated magna cum laude with distinction from Syracuse University and completed his medical training at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University at Buffalo, where he was selected as Chief Resident.
His love of Ophthalmology and helping others is apparent based on the compassionate and personalized care he provides. Dr. DeCourcey strives to connect with each patient, listen to them, and understand their vision goals. He is acutely aware of how important your eyes are, and is committed to helping you get the vision you desire.
Dr. DeCourcey lives in the greater Cleveland area with his loving wife, Dr. Danielle DeCourcey, a practicing Pediatrician. When he isn’t in the clinic or operating room, he enjoys going to local breweries, skiing, struggling at golf, and cheering loudly for the Buffalo Bills!
