COVID-19 Update: A Note to ClearChoice Patients

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have limited our in-office operations to emergency appointments only. The safety of our patients and our team is our first priority.  The situation is constantly evolving, and we are continuing to monitor it.  We will provide updates on this site as new information becomes available.  We look forward to reopening for scheduled appointments as well as surgeries when it is safe to do so. Is Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center closed?

We are limiting our in-office visits to emergency appointments only. We do have informational consultation appointments available online.  We use Zoom video conferencing for these one-on-one meetings. If you would like to have an online, one-on-one consultation, call us at (440) 740-0400. The technology is user friendly.  Our tentative date to resume operations is May 1st.

What if I have an emergency related to my LASIK procedure?

Can I still schedule a free LASIK consultation? 

You can call us to schedule a free LASIK consultation at 440-740-0400.  We are scheduling appointments in office for Friday, May 1st and beyond. We are offering virtual consultations currently.  You can have a one-on-one consultation with LASIK counselor who can answer your questions, and give you information about our technology options.  We are using Zoom for video conferencing.  It is user friendly.

If I have a free LASIK exam already scheduled, will it be rescheduled?

If your LASIK exam needs to be rescheduled due to the temporary suspension of operations, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team to reschedule.  You are encouraged to reach out to us if you haven’t heard from us and are scheduled before May 1st.  You can contact us by phone or text at 440-740-0400.

You may be asked to change your appointment date/time so that we can spread appointment dates/times out to allow for social distancing.

I have a Lifetime Enhancement Program.  I know I am supposed to come to all of my follow-up visits in order to keep my warranty in place.  Will Clear Choice still honor my lifetime warranty?

During the year 2020, Clear Choice will exercise forgiveness for all missed appointments. Patients will not be penalized for missed appointments.
