The following prices apply to patients who are receiving all pre and post-operative care at Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center in Brecksville, Ohio . A consultation in our office is the only way to be certain what procedure you would be medically eligible for. Over 90% of our patients do medically qualify for the Nidek correction which is the lowest fee available for LASIK on both eyes.

During your consultation in our office we will educate you on all your options for LASIK. At that time you may choose to upgrade to our Custom Wavefront Treatment and/or our Intralase laser that creates the corneal flap. Again a consultation in our office is the only way to be certain what your fee for LASIK will be.
