The Z-LASIK procedure

The Femtosecond Surgical Laser is completely guided and controlled by one of Clear Choice's board certified ophthalmologists. The laser has a hand piece that gives surgeons superior tactile and visual control of the procedure through the laser microscope. The Femtosecond laser uses a vacuum generated approach to perform LASIK. Rapid laser pulses use system creates the corneal flap with more accuracy than the hand-held microkeratome, then the excimer laser is used to perform the correction.
