Lydia - Aesthetician

I grew up in Aurora, Ohio.  After high school, I went on to graduate Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science & Physiology with a minor in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.  After living in New York City as a model, I returned to Cleveland, Ohio and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a M.A. in Education from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. 

I spent many years in sales both, pharmaceutical and medical equipment before I decided to pursue a career in skin care.  After graduating from the Brown Aveda Institute, I opened Pure Skin & Spa - an organic skin care facility in Chagrin Falls, Ohio which continues to prosper today.  I enjoy travel, reading, snowboarding, and fighting for animal rights.

Vincent Y- Patient Communications Consultant

"Thanks for calling Clear Choice, this is Vincent, how may I help you?" is the way most Clear Choice patients know me.  By nature, I am energetic and optimistic.  And, I thrive on helping people.   I answer the phone at Clear Choice and handle some of the behind the scenes operational issues.   I work a lot and some would call me a workaholic. I like to think of it as committed and dedicated.  But, when I am not working I am usually working on doing something physical such as riding the bike trails, jogging, playing tennis, or basketball.  And after that, I usually revert to playing guitar or sipping some drinks (shaken not stirred) with close friends.

Jacki - Patient Experience Specialist

I am the newest member of the Clear Choice Team.  Never have I been so
excited to work with a team of highly dedicated professionals.  I love
meeting new people and working with them to make this type of life-changing
decision.  I don't have a lot of spare time, but when I do, I enjoy spending it with my family.

Brittney - Hostess and Massotherapist

Hi, my name is Brittney. I am the Licensed Massage Therapist and hostess at Clear Choice. I provide complimentary chair massages for patients and their families on surgery day, as well as help to ensure everyone's visit is as comfortable as possible. I love that I get to meet new and interesting people every day and make their visit to Clear Choice one they will never forget.  

In my spare time, I love to go salsa dancing, practice yoga and travel as much as possible. I am also currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion from Baldwin-Wallace College so I can learn how to continue to help people live happier and healthier lives.

Patti - Front Desk

My name is Patti. I work the front desk "Director of First Impressions"…. so  I will be the first one you meet here at Clear Choice,   I love my job.. I get the opportunity to meet some of the nicest, most interesting people. When you come in ask me anything (I love to talk)  In my spare time  I enjoy shopping, working out, golfing, hiking, anything outdoors. My favorite part of the week is spending time with my beautiful grandkids.

Diana - Ophthalmic Technician and Technical Team Leader

Hello, my name is Diana and I'm a Certified Ophthalmic Technician and Technical team leader here at Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center.  I have worked here for 3 yrs and have been in Ophthalmics for 15 yrs.  I love my job and being part of making vision better and changing lives for all of our wonderful patients!    

My great loves of life are The Lord, my son, the ocean and great food!   I try to always look at life positive and be grateful for everything I have been blessed with!

Hello my name is January,     

I have been an Ophthalmic Technician for Clear Choice for 4 years, and I love this job with a passion!  Meeting new people from different cultures, backgrounds, and stages of life has been great.  I have learned much from the staff and patients at Clear Choice that has helped my professional and personal life.  In my spare time I attend church services, spending time with my sons, and going to places I have never been.

Erna  - Ophthalmic Assistant

My name is Erna, I joined Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center in early 2010. I graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2008. I worked in the banking industry and as an Ophthalmic assistant for Eye Masters. I was born in Bosnia, raised in Germany and moved to Cleveland with my family in 2000. I enjoy the challenge of refracting patients and working with people. I also love the excitement of surgery day and helping to calm the nerves of jittery patients. In my spare time I like to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Michelle - Marketing Strategist

It’s like living the dream.  I started with Clear Choice eleven years ago, as the first employee, and I’d have to guess I’m a lifer.  I get to spread the word about a surgery that most folks describe as a miracle. I have the distinct pleasure of managing the dynamic event staff and from time to time I even get to drive the Clear Choice RV.  In my abundance of spare time I coach baseball, practice yoga, run, and cross-country ski.

Kevin - Patient Ambassador

My name is Kevin and I am an ambassador to patients at events.  I love to help people understand the miracle of LASIK.  I was drawn to the company because I like the medical industry- physiology and anatomy are kind of like my hobbies.  Exciting right?  When I’m not driving the RV, or doing LASIK screenings on the bus, I enjoy poker, chess, motorcycling, and snowboarding. I am joining the US Marshalls in 2012, and currently work as a Fugitive Recovery Agent.

Hi!  My name is Krystal.  I had my LASIK surgery at Clear Choice in January of 2006. Stuart - Clear Choice Patient & Patient Ambassador

I am an extremely satisfied Clear Choice LASIK patient. I had my procedure done in December of 2007 and I chose the custom bladeless technology because the activities I'm involved in and after learning the benefits I knew it would give me the best results.  I’ve been 20/15 ever since.  I’m a bit of a technical minded person, and I really enjoy helping people understand the technology behind the LASIK procedure. When I’m not working, I enjoy sailing, mountain biking and kayaking.  It is a whole new experience to be able to do these outdoor activities without having to worry about contacts or glasses!
