The following prices apply to patients who are receiving all pre and post-operative care at Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center in Brecksville, Ohio . A consultation in our office is the only way to be certain what procedure you would be medically eligible for.

During your consultation in our office we will educate you on all your options for LASIK. At that time you may choose to upgrade to our Custom LASIK eye surgery program.
